From October 31 to November 1, 2018 on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 121 of Minsk" the I District Festival of the UNESCO Club "DIVO" was held. The event was attended by representatives of educational institutions of the Pervomaisky district. The general management, organization and holding of the Festival was carried out by teachers of the educational institution and members of the UNESCO "DIVO" club.

       For all participants, the organizers have developed a two-day program.

     On October 31, the grand opening took place under the motto “We are the youth of the 21st century. We are the future of the country." The teams took part in a quest game dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Salome Regina Rusetskaya, as well as getting acquainted with the activities of the Belarusian Association of UNESCO Clubs. In the second part of the first day, an educational program was held for the participants, dedicated to the 400th anniversary of the publication of the world's first primer. The participating teams tried to create a primer, and the results can be seen at the exhibition at the National Library of the Republic of Belarus.

    On November 1, the participants of the Festival got acquainted with the activities of the UNESCO Club "DIVO". Volunteers presented to the participants one of their projects "Equal Education", and invited them to participate in trainings aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle.

   The closing of the Festival was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. One of the sponsors of the event was the newspaper Transitional Age. The participants of the Festival united with a common goal and planned many interesting events for the 2018/2019 academic year.
