Члены клубов ЮНЕСКО города Минска провели социально-ролевую игру «Живая библиотека». Педагоги обменялись опытом работы по профилактике наркомании среди подростков в формате meet up. Кроме того, накануне мероприятия на информационной интернет-платформе учебного заведения были размещены ссылки на смартмобы в TikTok, направленные на пропаганду здорового образа жизни и профилактику совершения преступлений в сфере незаконного оборота наркотиков. — Цель фестиваля — объединить ребят и педагогов Первомайского района и вместе определить грань, за которую нельзя переступать, — рассказала заместитель директора по воспитательной работе средней школы № 121 Ирина Мазаник. — Особенность мероприятия в том, что здесь никто никого не оценивает, нет лучших и худших. #NOWADAYS Молодежный проект NOWADAYS2022 сделал первые шаги в Минске Более 40 минских школьников поучаствовали в обучении в рамках проекта NOWADAYS ​ В 2022 году в средней школе № 121 при поддержке Белорусской Ассоциации клубов ЮНЕСКО и Минского городского института развития образования началась реализация городского молодежного проекта NOWADAYS. Его цель — продвижение здорового образа жизни среди молодежи, сохранение и укрепление здоровья, решение социально значимых проблем. На старте проекта для педагогических работников города Минска проводились семинары по организации волонтерской деятельности, обучение приемам формирования у учащихся лидерских качеств и мотивации к активной гражданской позиции, интерактивные занятия по профилактике наркомании, вредных привычек в подростковой среде. Занятия вели волонтеры Городского ресурсного центра и победители проекта DANCE4LIFE. Ноябрь подарил минским подросткам пять увлекательных и интересных каникулярных дней, наполненных общением, в том числе интерактивном. Ребята встретились с молодежными лидерами, которые выступили в роли наставников. Взаимодействие строилось по принципу «равный обучает равного». Наставники совместно с участниками организовали ролевые игры и упражнения, связанные с реальной жизнью подростков, предлагали и совместно придумывали различные действия для отработки и закрепления жизненных навыков. Участники познавали себя и свои сильные стороны, учились оценивать поведение и отношение к другим людям, исследовали актуальные проблемы, свою роль в современном социуме, находили пути изменений в лучшую сторону. На тренингах проекта NOWADAYS использовались интерактивные методы, музыка, танцы и элементы молодежной культуры для вовлечения подростков в активную волонтерскую и социально полезную деятельность. Все ребята получили звание «волонтер-инструктор» в рамках обучающей программы «Подготовка волонтеров к реализации подхода «Равный обучает равного», а от Белорусской Ассоциации клубов ЮНЕСКО — сертификат, подтверждающий статус «человек движения». Впереди — работа каждого участника в своих школах и гимназиях города Минска по передаче достоверной информации и проведение тренингов по продвижению здорового образа жизни среди молодежи. Школа волонтеров равного обучения «#NOWADAYS» занимается подростками, в отношении которых проводится индивидуальная профилактическая работа. В период весенних каникул учащимся предоставили помещение для общения, сотрудничества, обмена идеями и мнениями. Непринужденная атмосфера позволила подросткам быть более откровенными и открытыми, высказать свою точку зрения, обсуждать актуальные темы, выработать новые модели поведения. В основе деятельности школы волонтеров принцип «равный обучает равного». Он хорошо известен в Беларуси и нередко используется при решении проблем, связанных с профилактикой аддиктивного поведения у подростков. В торжественной церемонии закрытия весеннего сезона проекта #NOWADAYS приняли участие почетные гости: начальник центра идеологической, воспитательной и социальной работы Минского городского института развития образования (МГИРО) Нина Захожая, начальник управления идеологической и воспитательной работы МГИРО Наталья Карпушева, участковый инспектор по делам несовершеннолетних Первомайского РУВД Вячеслав Полупанков, второй секретарь Первомайского районного комитета БРСМ Екатерина Клицук. — Пусть времени и сил хватает на все запланированное, а ваши действия всегда заканчиваются личной победой.
